Horsetail is a herbaceous plant found in wetland areas, recognisable by its “foxtail” shaped stem and threadlike appearance. It naturally contains silica, along with other minerals.

It contributes to the remineralisation of the body, supports joint comfort, and enhances joint mobility. Horsetail silica improves the appearance of hair, nails, and skin. Traditionally used since ancient times, it helps support the body’s elimination functions, urinary tract, and kidneys.
